Helping to relieve Stress

A small amount of stress can drive us to achieve goals; too much of it, experienced for too long, can impact on our mental and physical health (MIND, 2022).

I use validated measurement tools to establish your current stress levels and keep track of these as your Hypnotherapy treatment progresses. I draw on recent research that tests Hypnotherapeutic approaches to stress, such as Olendzki et al.'s study which found that a Mindfulness-based Hypnotherapy intervention achieved significant decrease in perceived distress (Olendzki et al., 2020).
